Yes. Explore is completely free and includes up to 3 requests per account. No subscription or payment details are required. If you want unlimited requests, you can upgrade to Selected for €25 per month.

We won't force a recommendation when there isn't a strong enough match. If we can't find a place we can recommend with confidence, we'll let you know rather than fill your selection with weaker options.
